Do you accept Returns?
We hope you love your Toosiee pieces! If something isn't quite right we accept returns within 14 days of delivery to you. Your Toosiee must be in its original packaging and proof of purchase.
Must it be unworn?
Yes , It must be unworn and unwashed. Try on is fine.
Do you offer exchanges?
We ONLY offer exchanges for different sizes, not for change of mind: Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping cost.
Refunds?
If your Toosiee is Damaged please contact us within 3 days of its arrival and provide pictures for proof and to start the process. You can choose a new Toosiee or a Full refund : Shipping for damaged item is covered by Toosiee.
